In today's class it started off with Mr.P telling the class that notes are allowed on the test. YAY!!! At around 1:12 Mr.Welch came into the class and said that his class doesn't know what rights they should protect. "Mr.P is yelling at Mr.Welch's class" (Elisabeth Gomez). After that we disscused the 3 branches of the Government and how each state has a limit of 2 senators per state. And that there are "More cows in Wyoming than people" (Moira Camacho). Congress makes all the laws we live by and they have not declared war since World War 2. That's pretty good. at 1:23 we found out that the presidant can't certin things or he could get thorwn out of office an example would be how "Andrew Johnson got impeached" (Hailei Gagnon). At 1:36 we learned that American embassy are in most foreign countries. The Supreme Court only handles cases that are involved between states. 3 out of the 9 members are women. "Ladies are 51% of the country!" (Marro Youssef). We may have that female president sooner than we think.
